Research Use Only (RUO)
What does Research Use Only (RUO) mean?
Aminologix products are sold strictly for laboratory and research use only (RUO). They are not formulated, packaged, or intended for human or veterinary use, and we make no therapeutic, diagnostic, or wellness claims. The RUO designation is a regulatory category — it appears on every product label and throughout our site.
Why Choose Aminologix?
Why choose U.S.-manufactured peptides over imported products?
U.S. manufacturing gives you a transparent, traceable supply chain. Our peptides are synthesized and manufactured entirely in the United States, with documented quality controls and third-party testing on every batch — so you know exactly where your material comes from and how it was made, instead of relying on opaque overseas sourcing.
What makes Aminologix different?
We are one of the only providers offering domestically synthesized raw API and complete U.S.-based manufacturing — from synthesis through sterile fill-finish and quality testing. Every batch is backed by documented quality controls, lot traceability, and third-party testing, with a Certificate of Analysis included on every order.
Manufacturing & Sourcing
Where is your API sourced and synthesized?
Our active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) are synthesized domestically in the United States. Every batch begins with American-synthesized API and is manufactured start to finish in the U.S. — we do not use overseas raw material.
How are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured through our trusted domestic manufacturing partner using American-synthesized API. We are fully integrated throughout the entire manufacturing process—from API synthesis and sterile fill-finish to lyophilization, quality control, and final batch release. Every step is documented, fully traceable, and independently third-party tested before release.
What is your chain of custody process?
Every lot is tracked from synthesis through manufacturing, testing, and fulfillment, with documentation captured at each stage. Each finished product is tied to a specific lot number and its supporting analytical data, giving you full traceability from API to the vial you receive.
Quality & Third-Party Testing
What quality testing is performed on every batch?
Every batch begins with American-synthesized API that undergoes rigorous 7-panel analytical testing to verify identity, purity, potency, and quality before production. Once the product is lyophilized and filled, each finished batch is submitted to an independent accredited third-party laboratory for 5-panel verification testing, confirming identity, purity, potency, sterility, and endotoxin compliance. Every lot is fully traceable and supported by a batch-specific Certificate of Analysis (COA).
What third-party testing is performed?
Finished products are independently tested at accredited (ISO/IEC 17025) laboratories. Third-party analysis covers purity by HPLC, identity confirmation, and safety screening such as heavy-metal and endotoxin testing. Results are documented on each lot's COA.
How do I access batch-specific COAs?
Every product page includes a batch-specific Certificate of Analysis (COA) that can be viewed or downloaded directly while shopping. You can also browse our COA Library, where current and archived COAs are organized by product and lot number for easy access and verification.
Product Storage & Handling
How should lyophilized products be stored?
Lyophilized (freeze-dried) products should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct light. For optimal stability, refrigerated storage (36–46°F / 2–8°C) is recommended before reconstitution. Avoid excessive heat, moisture, and repeated temperature fluctuations until the product is ready for use.
How long are products stable before and after reconstitution?
Stability varies by compound. Sealed lyophilized products remain stable when stored as recommended. After reconstitution, products should be refrigerated and used within the recommended timeframe for optimal quality and stability.
What are the cold-chain shipping requirements?
Our lyophilized products are stored in pharmaceutical-grade refrigeration prior to shipment to help preserve product integrity and minimize degradation. In their lyophilized form, most products remain stable during standard ground and expedited transit and typically do not require active cold-chain shipping. Orders are processed promptly and shipped quickly to minimize time in transit.
Shipping & Delivery
When will my order ship?
Upon receiving your order, our shipping department begins processing within 24 business hours. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you'll receive a tracking confirmation so you can monitor your delivery every step of the way.
What shipping methods do you offer?
We ship nationwide using FedEx and UPS, with full tracking provided on every order. Most orders are delivered within 1–5 business days, depending on your location and the shipping service selected. Every shipment is carefully packaged and processed to help ensure your order arrives safely, securely, and on time.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $199 within the United States. Every order includes full tracking, and your tracking information is emailed as soon as your shipment leaves our facility.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards, along with peer-to-peer options including Venmo, CashApp, and Zelle. The methods available to you are shown at checkout.
Returns & Refunds
What is your Returns, Refunds & Replacement Policy?
Because our products are sold for research use only, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on opened or used products.
We also do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for products that have become congealed after delivery, as we cannot verify the type of bacteriostatic water used, reconstitution methods, storage conditions, or temperature fluctuations once the product is in the customer's possession.
If your order arrives with broken vials or is damaged during transit, please contact support@aminologix.com within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the damaged package and product.
After review, we'll gladly exchange the damaged product with an equivalent item at no additional cost.
Pricing
Why are your products priced differently than overseas suppliers?
Our pricing reflects the higher standards of a fully domestic manufacturing process designed to prioritize quality, transparency, and consistency over the lowest possible cost.
Unlike many overseas suppliers, our products are manufactured using American-synthesized API, produced in U.S. manufacturing facilities, and supported by comprehensive quality control throughout the production process. Every batch undergoes rigorous testing, including raw material verification, finished-product testing, and independent third-party laboratory analysis to help ensure identity, purity, potency, sterility, and consistency.
In addition to manufacturing, you're investing in documented lot traceability, accredited laboratory testing, secure domestic fulfillment, responsive U.S.-based customer support, and a transparent supply chain.
Simply put, you're paying for verified quality, documented testing, domestic manufacturing, and accountability—not just a vial.
